Yeah, over 50% of my diet is carbs. But I run it all off. Without carbs, I doubt I’d take in enough calories. When I eat too many fats, I feel nauseated and sick- so the best plan for me is carbs carbs carbs protein carbs.
So, all those blogs out there promoting “anti-carbs!” and “high-fat, high-protein!” just don’t work for me.
bottom line: EVERYONE’S DIFFERENT. listen to your own body, not the internet. ;*

I’ve started getting into using the eliptical at my local gym, and I’m really liking it. I’d like to start running around the track at the park near my house, but I don’t have good running shoes. Nor do I know which ones to get, and for under 50$.
I can’t spend too much on running shoes just yet. Especially when I’m not sure just how devoted I’ll be just yet.
Any suggestions?
